Shipping Policy

PanrutiMart accepts cashew orders for delivery within India. Delivery availability, shipping charges, and timelines depend on the customer delivery pincode and courier serviceability.

Delivery areas

We currently support orders within India. Tamil Nadu orders and other Indian state orders may have different delivery charges based on the delivery location and pack size.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout using the delivery pincode. For Tamil Nadu, 1kg orders have a delivery charge of Rs. 100. For other Indian states, delivery is Rs. 150 for both 500gm and 1kg orders unless updated on the checkout page.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are processed after order confirmation. Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, payment confirmation, courier pickup, public holidays, weather, and location.

Tracking

After dispatch, PanrutiMart may update the order with courier name, external courier tracking ID, and fulfillment notes. Customers can check order status from the tracking page or their account order history.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, city, state, and pincode. Extra courier charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempt.
